Technical Specification of the Lunesdale

Floor
The chassis are 38ft x 20ft steel park home with a protective coating and tow hitch at both ends. The floor joists consist of 100mm x 47mm bearers at 400 centres, breather/fireproof moisture barrier, 100mm fibre glass insulation and 18mm moisture resistant chipboard flooring with a carpet or vinyl covering.

External walls
CLS timber frames 38mm x 89mm at 400 centres insulated with 100mm fibre glass insulation and 125mm x 25 vacuum treated log lap cladding finished with protective sealant.

Internal walls
CLS Timber frames 38mm x 63mm at 400 centres with 9.5mm plasterboards and vinyl wall paper.

Roof external
Lightweight stone coated steel Metro Tile, laid on tanalysed battens and breathable felt, with 100mm fibre glass insulation fitted in roof cavity.

Roof internal
Lounge, kitchen and dining area are sloped with pitch of roof with 9.5mm plaster board and vinyl covering. Rest of unit has flat ceilings with 9.5mm plaster board and vinyl covering.

Plumbing and central heating
Plumbing installation complies with all relevant British standards. Central heating is supplied in LPG gas as standard installed to CORGI specification.
