Shire Homes Ltd., have successfully manufactured the ‘Lunesdale lodge’, which is a two bed roomed, 38 ft by 20 ft luxury home.

Built to a very high standard, Shire Homes Ltd., pride themselves on high quality and superior workmanship. Plans are in the pipeline to produce a three bed roomed, 42 ft by 20 ft lodge and also a 12 ft by 40 ft modal. Each design is to have its own individuality and uniqueness and can be designed to meet customer specification.

The company has its own experienced designer and as a small manufacturer can build to individual taste, tailor made to customer requirements. Adaptability is paramount, as we understand clients have different requirements, after all ‘not everybody wants a standard model’.

Being a small company, we have the flexibility, which enables us to work alongside clients to create your new home with you. Our ‘Leisure Homes’ are built to such a high standards they can be converted into ‘Residential Park Homes’, which again provides options for individual choice.
